If the User can’t use it, it doesn’t work.

Our approach to Usability is simple. Put yourself in the users shoes and then ask yourself - what do I need? Software, websites, applications. We firmly believe that the challenge is in getting technology driven solutions that address user needs, rather than creating solutions that require users to adapt to technology.

To us, Usability is about vision, location, and function, or in user terms - it’s the what, where and how. The key to making software /webs that have the ability to best serve user business/concept needs. Our design and development team is by now used to thinking about these basic adverbs all the time. It has helped our customer relationships enormously...:)
