The person who has fill up above application is hereinafter called as an ‘APPLICANT’/ ‘CUSTOMER’

The person to whom application is made is a Company named as Veracity Landmark Developers Pvt. Ltd. a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956, is herein after called as ‘COMPANY’
Whereas the company is running business of developing estates, N.A. plots, plots for Farm Houses and marketing by using various methods such as referral marketing etc. And having its head office at,Veracity Landmark Developers Pvt.Ltd. #1, Legacy Plaza, 313, M.G. Road, Pune 411 001.

The following are the terms and conditions, which are binding on both the parties:-
- 1.On successful submission of this application… the Company shall allocate the plots that the applicant applies for to the applicant
- 2. On allocation of the plot, the company will not offer the same plot to any other applicant for a period of 10 days. Thus, the plot will temporarily reserve for the applicant for this period.
3. The applicant has to ensure that the payment mentioned in the booking form has to be credited into the account of the Company within a period of 10 days via the instrument mentioned in the booking form. (Details of the company bank account are available on the website and dispatched via email to the applicant.)
4. Failure of clearance of cheque for any reason within the period of 10 days from the allocation of the plot, amount to cancellation of the allocation and will be displayed in the availability list. In such case, the applicant cannot claim the same plot. In case of availability of plots, only he can opt same or other plot. The company has all rights reserved with it for final decision.
5. After clearance of cheque, the applicant will get conformation about the booking of the plot and will received Product ID from the Company to login to his account and can use the product ID to communicate with the company for receipts MOU’s etc.. (The applicant will hereinafter be referred to as customer)
6. The Customer has to pay the installments fixed by the Company by cheques only.
7. In case of Dishonor of any installment cheque, Customer has to bear bank charges of Rs. 250/- per cheque
8. Dishonor of three consecutive installment cheques amounts to cancellation of the plot and the Customer ID is blocked. In such case all the rights of the customers are terminated.
9. In above case and in case of cancellation of plot by customer himself, 10% of the total amount paid till date is deducted as a process charges and remaining amount is refunded to the customer within the period of 3 months by cheque only.
10. The customer will received all receipts of the payment made by him at his demand, from the office using Product ID.
11. After full and final payment of the total cost of the plot, the Customer is eligible to enter in to the Sale Deed transaction. At the time of sale deed, actual possession of the plot is handover to the customer.
12. Before completion of the formalities and final payment, customer has no right to sell the same plot to any third party. If he is found guilty for doing or his intention to transfer the plot to any body cause cancellation of the dealing.
13. Expenses for the registration charges and any other legal charges are born by the customer.
14. After sale deed of the plot for further formalities, the owner has to take care of his own subject.
15. All the rights of finalization, allocation, booking, sale deed etc. about the plots are reserve solely with the Company.
16. Notwithstanding anything stated in above clauses, the company reserved all the rights of the plots. It has right to revise, rename, reschedule, shift, transfer, rearrange the status of the plot as per the changes suggest by the Government, semi Government authority or any person authorized for the same, through the publication of G.R. time to time.
